Meu peso médio era de 48kg distribuídos nos meus 1,54m.&lt;br /&gt;Nunca tive problemas em relação ao meu peso. O que me incomodava, às vezes, era minha baixa estatura. Nada que um bom salto não resolvesse. E minhas olheiras. Ah! Essas me atormentam, mas são herança e o corretivo dá uma disfarçada legal.&lt;br /&gt;Em 2003, engordei pela primeira vez ( fora os dois períodos de gravidez de meus filhos). Pulei de 46 kg para 64kg. Um susto! Foi tão rápido que sequer percebi quando começou. Descobri na cardiologista o problema quando disse a ela que não estava me suportando.rsrsrs&lt;br /&gt;Junto com uma amiga, a Solange, comecei um programa de caminhadas e logo perdi todos os quilos extras, além de aumentar consideravelmente minha auto-estima.&lt;br /&gt;Em 2009, minha filha adolescente engravidou. Surtei. Descontei na comida. Apaixonei-me pela coca cola, pelos doces, massas...&lt;br /&gt;Hoje, com 65kg, nenhuma disposição física, preguiça, desânimo para o trabalho e lazer resolvi mudar, dar uma volta de 180º.&lt;br /&gt;Quero voltar ao meu peso padrão e voltar ao meu dinamismo.
